Meet 04:00 Ryanair desks, Terminal 1 updated from 03:30

Be there by 04:00 at the latest. Gear bags are checked in at meet-up: any bat not in a gear bag by then "flies to Belgium itself". 🦇

  • Check-in is open. Ryanair no longer takes paper passes: check in on the app and download your own boarding pass (booking ref + email are in the group chat).
  • Bags: one 10kg cabin bag + a backpack each. Two team gear bags get checked in for bats/helmets. Bring your bat loose, it goes in a team 20kg bag.
  • Get an EHIC card for healthcare in the EU: hse.ie/ehic
  • Hydrate: aim for 2L of water a day, 500ml within 30 min of waking. Zero alcohol Tue → last game Sat.
  • Bats must be on the approved list: WBSC approved bat list (not listed ≠ banned, it gets flagged and checked).
That first game is a must-win. Beat the Belgians and we have a medal. Take a Dutch or GB scalp and the prize gets better. Work hard now, enjoy the podium in Antwerp.Brian Hehir · squad chat

Questions: Aideen Teo or Peter Mullen (team management). Flight booking reference and contact email are kept in the WhatsApp group, not on this public page.

Bring both kits every day (we play twice daily). Green jersey = Home, white jersey = Visitor. This is the kit Ireland wears each game:

Playoff placings on Saturday depend on the round-robin table, so kit for X-games is confirmed on the day.
